All the questions you often ask

Question

> What happens if the event gets rescheduled?

Answer

In case the concert will be moved to a new date alle tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are are not able to go to the concert on the new date we advise you to ask your family/friends if they can go instead of you. If that is not an option we advise you to offer the tickets to be re-saled through http://www.ticketswap.com. We don’t offer any reselling options ourselves. And we also strongly frown upon reselling tickets for much higher prices.

Question

> Is there a refund policy?

Answer

Unfortunately we have a no-refund policy. All ticket sales are final. In case the event will not happen at all due to COVID or COVID related measures, and there is no option to reschedule within 12 months, we will reimburse all purschased tickets.

Question

> Are there age restrictions?

Answer

There are no age restrictions. However we advice that all under 16s should be accompanied by an adult. We also advice that children under the age of four should stay at home. Unfortunately there are no discounted prices for children.
