Question

> I can’t find my confirmation email?

Answer

Please check your junk or spam folder. Please wait one hour, there might be a delay in sending your tickets. If that doesn’t work contact our customer service.

Question

> I have lost my tickets, what should I do?

Answer

Please contact our customer service. Mention your email which you used when you booked the tickets and send us a proof of your payment. We have a full database of all of the purchased tickets, so we will send you your tickets once again.

Question

> Are there age restrictions?

Answer

There are no age restrictions. However we advice that all under 16s should be accompanied by an adult. We also advice that children under the age of four should stay at home. Unfortunately there are no discounted prices for children.

Question

> What happens if the event doesn’t happen due to Covid regulations or other reasons?

Answer

If the concert will not take place your ticket fee will be reimbursed by us.

To gain access to the concert you are required to bring your ticket with you. This can be either printed or on your phone. You may also be asked to produce a valid form of photo ID that matches the name on the confirmation. Please also consider the current Covid regulations. Most of our venues will ask you to show proof of your Covid status. In the UK this can be through the NHS App, in The Netherlands this can be done though the CoronaCheck App. Children (under the age of 18) may be exempted from showing their Covid status. Since the regulations and entry requirements are subject to change, we ask you to check the current National guidelines.

Not all our venues offer seats for less abled persons. Please check the ticket options and the seatplan to see if the concert you want to attend offers disability seats.

All professional camera’s, and all other video and recording are strictly forbidden. Please note that our security will check for this. Smart-phone cameras are fine.

Please check the “doors open” time of the concert you are attending. We have taken plenty of time into consideration for everyone to get inside the venue easily during the time when the doors open until when the show starts.

We don’t offer any reselling options ourselves. And we also strongly frown upon reselling tickets for much higher prices. We advise you to ask your family/friends if they can go instead of you. If that is not an option we advise you to offer the tickets to be re-saled through http://www.ticketswap.com.

Please note that we are not responsible for your personal belongings. If you are still at the event, please ask our security. If you are already home, please contact the venue you attended.
